保持腹肌收紧和身体稳定。
动作步骤 Execution
01 将半泡沫轴平面朝上置于身前垫上,身体坐于与膝盖等高的平面上,躯干挺直,双腿屈曲,双脚脚掌压于半泡沫轴上。
02~03 踝关节跖屈,脚尖下压约45度,接着回到起始姿势,然后踝关节背屈,脚跟下压。
01 回到起始姿势。重复以上步骤至规定的次数。
