2.5　Process Flow of CRTS ⅡTrack Slab

CRTS Ⅱtrack slab is manufactured by means like inverted prefabrication，overall tension，continuous pouring，intensive curing and CNC grinding.The process flow of CRTS Ⅱtrack slab is shown in Figure 8.

During slab manufacturing，the tension process and polishing process shall be monitored as special processes by professional technicians for the whole process，site monitoring record shall be completed，and the control data shall be calculated，compared，inspected，analyzed and adjusted.

In addition，the key control items like rebar insulation test，concrete pouring and scuffing，track slab formwork removal and track slab storage shall be taken charge of by specially assigned personnel，the actual site construction shall be recorded and reported timely，the construction content shall be inspected and assessed by the project department periodically.
