2 点揉颈后三脉
盘膝端坐,头微向前屈,双手拇指同时依次点揉颈后上、中、下 脉,各30次,可治疗头痛、颈椎病等。

3 搓眉头
盘膝端坐,头微向前屈,双手拇指指腹按于眉头处,来回搓动,力量不宜过大,应有发热舒适感,可解除眼部疲劳,并可预防近视。

4 拿肩井
盘膝端坐,头颈正直,左右侧肩井各拿30次,力量由轻逐渐加重,可解除疲劳,防治颈肩部劳损。

5 抓上肢
盘膝端坐,头颈正直,用一手抓住对侧上肢,从肩头部开始逐渐向下移动,反复抓20次再换另一侧,可防治肩周炎,对上肢麻木无力的患者能起到治疗作用。

6 单掌揉胸
盘膝端坐,头颈正直,用一手掌揉对侧胸部50次,再换另一手揉对侧胸部50次,胸部有发热感为宜,可治疗心慌、胸闷、心悸、气短。

7 单掌揉腹
盘膝端坐,头微向前屈,用单掌揉腹部50次,再换另一手掌揉50次,可增加腹部蠕动,增进食欲,治疗便秘,可减少腹部多余脂肪。

盘膝端坐,挺胸抬头,双手拇指同时点住两侧腰眼部,各点揉50次,可适当加大用力,主治腰肌劳损、腰背痛,并可强精补肾。

9 双掌搓腰眼
盘膝端坐,挺胸抬头,双手张开,按住腰部,进行上下搓动,往返50次,使腰部有发热感为宜,主治腰痛、腰部僵硬,可助强精补肾。

10 拿揉下肢
两腿伸直,平坐于床,双手同时拿揉下肢,从大腿根部至踝部,反复拿揉20次,主治下肢麻木无力。

11 双手抓膝
两腿伸直,平坐于床,双手十指成爪形,同时抓住双侧膝盖,各抓拿50次,使膝关节内有发热感,可治疗各种膝关节疾病。
